Tech & Software

So, what kind of help would a charity or small business need when it comes to technology? Well, we don't work on your hardware (laptops, printers, WiFi etc.) but we do assist you to make the right decisions, then implement software to improve the way you run your organisation. That could be:

  • A CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool) to organise your contacts and how you communicate with them

  • A scheduling system to manage bookings and associated logistics

  • A real-time display of your business activities so that your team can see what's happening

  • Connecting your different systems so that your accounts, timesheets, bookings and website are all filtering information to one place

  • A volunteer and employee shift booking system with timesheets

  • Moving your spreadsheets into a secure system with more ways to share and update that means they're less vulnerable

Why might this be for me?

You might have experienced the following:

 - You feel you're not quite on top of tasks and worry that you're missing important jobs.

 - Your team are struggling to communicate where they are in a work cycle.

 - Your leadership team don't have visibility on the full operations of the business.

 - There isn't one place to go for all the information. Instead you need to look in paper files, spreadsheets and folders.

 - Training new staff is time consuming as the processes have become overly-complicated with too many work arounds and quirks.

 - If someone is off, trying to understand what they were doing means that customers, clients and beneficiaries may not experience a good service.

 - There are gaps in knowledge so putting an employee onboarding, training and wellbeing system in place would be beneficial.
