Your Digital Partner for Charities and Female-led Businesses

I take digital off your plate - from websites and automations to social content and 90-day plans

You're under-resourced, short on time and you don't have the experience or the desire to build a website

Helping charities make digital decisions with confidence

From websites and automations to social content and 90-day plans, I take digital off your plate

Less overwhelm. More control.

Charities and female-led businesses often have big change ideas but limited time and resources. Websites that don’t work, systems that are messy, campaigns that never get finished.

As your digital partner, I'll create and manage the digital systems you need to keep things moving forward, without adding to your load.

How I help

How I help

I’ve spent over two decades working in the digital industry, helping organisations turn complex ideas into meaningful online experiences. Over time, I realised I wanted to pour this experience into supporting charities and female-led businesses.

That’s why I started Think Violet. I wanted to use my skills to take the stress away from the ever changing and accelerating needs demanded of digital and tech.

I’m not a big agency. I work alongside you, taking responsibility for the digital tasks that keep getting pushed to the bottom of your list. Every single project matters to me because I know the impact a strong digital foundation can have: more support, more efficiency, and more people benefitting from your skills.

It was great working with you, Lou. You really considered our organisation and the impact we
wanted from our website.

When digital foundations aren't in place, everything feels harder

When your digital foundations aren’t set up properly, the impact shows up everywhere.

 - Everyday tasks take longer than they should.
 - Information lives in too many places.
 - Processes rely on workarounds, memory, and the same few people holding everything together.

Your customer or supporter experience feels it too.
Enquiries are missed or delayed. People struggle to find what they need. Small issues quietly chip away at trust and all of this creates constant distraction.

Instead of focusing on impact, growth, or the people you exist to serve, you’re stuck firefighting, fixing, chasing, and making do.

It’s exhausting. And it’s not what your time should be spent on.

Digital foundations don’t have to be perfect, they just have to work

You don’t need more tools or a perfect setup.
You need clear, reliable digital systems that support how your organisation actually works.

That’s what I help you put in place.

I build and manage digital foundations that:

  • Save time in day-to-day work

  • Improve customer and supporter experience

  • Reduce manual effort and duplication

  • Create space to focus on what really matters

So digital stops being a distraction and starts quietly supporting your work in the background.

The Plans

I create the digital tools and content your organisation needs to function and grow.

Websites | Digital downloads | Email funnels & nurture sequences

I simplify processes and connect the tools you already use.

Business automation | Integrating systems | Reducing manual tasks

Momentum but no overwhelm. I want to help you to move forward without the pivoting and lack of clarity.

Done-for-you social content | 90-day action plans | Digital strategy

03 Manage and plan
You don't need everything at once. We focus on what will make the biggest difference now.
Lou was knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in finding out about the organisation and the support we offer to meet our needs as well as our carers needs

Lou applies a very methodical approach to understanding the task at hand. She ask the right questions, she's  open, honest, decisive and goes above and beyond which really struck a chord with me
